Thank you for shopping with Kyanite Faith. Every item is made especially for you when you place your order.

All products are printed and prepared after your order is placed. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, we may need to charge additional shipping to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (expected delivery) so we can assist you.
